The manager let me trade my coupon even though it was expired. I watched the sandwiches get made with love. They were so good and the vibes of the workers were chill. Shoutout Edgar! This was a good store and managed by good people. There are no bad sandwiches. That rosemary bread is bussin!
Las Vegas does not have much as far as Italian subs go. I find myself at this Jersey Mike's quite a bit. The staff is friendly and they do a good job. Only thing I will say constructively is that I usually ask for extra meat and I feel like I have to repeat myself. Sometimes I've asked after they put the meat on the sandwich and then they remember and add more. Other than that, I can't really complain. They do a good job and the subs are on point. It's usually busy in there specially first thing in the morning because they are working on online orders, but they are very good at servicing people who walk in. Glad to have this business in the neighborhood.
Had the craving for a sandwich (How come cravings aren't on double points days??) anyways, I headed down to get my sandwich. Upon opening the door I held it for a lady coming out. She said, " their grill is closed." Which I saw her disappointment and frustration. But since I was there for a #6, I didn't need the grill. Then I am notified that they are out of provolone (part of #6) so I do sarcastically yell out, "What? No provolone? What's this maddening world coming to?" Then I said no big deal I will take whatever you choose. She chose swiss cheese, which actually was an amazing choice by the way. And then, I am totally serious, she said the only bread they have is rosemary. PERFECT, that's what I wanted! Anything else you may be out of before we get started? Being joyfully sarcastic putting them at ease from the looks on their faces. Honestly, I would have changed my sandwich to whatever they had. My #6 was very good AS USUAL and it was made with a smile from someone who definitely had a busy day. She deserved a person who could adapt to their current situation, during their last hour of the day. Now if my cravings were on the same day as double points day!
